How did I start

On my way to the work, I have a lot of time as my bus ride takes about 30 minutes one way. I was used to watch series to kill the time on my way, but last spring I decided that I should try to change my habits and learn something new.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for some time, but never really dived deep into it so I decided to learn more about it. I started to listen podcasts about the fasting and soon I found out myself listening to other kind of interesting podcasts too. It is fascinating how much information is available if you just start to look. I think we are so lucky that on our time we can find all this knowledge so easily for free. 

Lately I been listening to podcast about motivating yourself to find happiness and success to your life. I am very happy with my life but I must admit that I haven´t been pursuing much success. I noticed people who are successful have a lot of passion to the field they are in. The successful people also have a clear plan on which they follow.

What I am planning to do

One of my main priorities to achieve with this blog is to try to make my goals in life clearer to myself. There is always a goal to achieve and not just let yourself drift in life. I believe writing down my thoughts will make them more visible for myself. The random things in my head becomes ideas and maybe some ideas might become alive. Best way to try to change your life is to start to do something different to your daily routine.

I want to become the best version of myself. The things I do I want to enjoy and feel like everything has a purpose. I am so happy and grateful for the things I have in my life. I wouldn´t change most things in my life but I want to learn and develop as a human. There is always room for self-improvement. At the moment I would like to improve my health and yoga practice. I would also like to learn some new skill, maybe a new language. I love my family and I want to prioritize the people that are close to me. By doing things to improve myself I can also give more for others.


Things that I like to follow on social media: intermittent fasting, yoga, healthy food, other cultures, travel, life on earth, meditation, self-improvement, photography, relaxation, natural medicines…
